Meet Our Team
Kimberley Lewis Parsons, Principal
Leader & Team Effectiveness
Kimberley brings a diverse set of experiences and talents to her work. She has refined her approach through thirteen years of serving leaders and teams in Fortune 500 and not-for-profit companies. With over ten years as an IT professional (doing everything from delivering code, leading projects, team & agile coaching, and leading people) and seven years of coaching and training, she’s had extensive opportunities to elevate others while deepening her own learning. She’s sharpened her talents in leadership and team development, change leadership, strategy execution, and coaching.
Kimberley obtained her Leadership Coach Certification from Georgetown University and is an accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Additionally, she holds a Masters of Science in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is honored to serve on the 2013 Board of the Greater Richmond Chapter of the ICF.
Kimberley is passionate about and humbled by what she believes is her life purpose—to awaken people to their divinely purposed greatness—so they can affect great outcomes in every sphere of influence they play in, personal and professional. As she supports her clients in their transformation to versions of their “best self”, she delights in watching them lead, choose, create, and relate more effectively and in alignment with their purpose.
You’ll find Kimberley re-energizing and stoking her creativity by running in the beautiful of Richmond VA, dancing with her Praise Team, and teaching Zumba. She also stays grounded in her own higher purpose and constant learning through her pursuit of Christ and her leadership of young adults in their journey of faith and purpose.
